Delivery Terms

-       Free shipping for self-pickup. For any purchase, customers can pick up in the store during the selected time slot. Welcome to call 3480 6816 for inquiries.


-        Free shipping on an order with net price of HK$400 ( Only for a single delivery location)

 

-        OZAKKA orders will be sent by SF Express. Please fill-in the correct shipping contact and address when ordering.

 

-       Standard delivery service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands.

 

-       Upon receipt of your order form, we will confirm and process it as soon as possible. Package and send out within 3-5 working days. In general, you will receive the package you ordered within 3-14 working days after the order is confirmed.

 

-       Delivery date is subjected to possible delay due to delivery schedule arrangement and weather condition without prior notice. Final delivery date is subjected to S.F. Express’s schedule.

 

-       Delivery will be suspended if Black Rainstorm Signal/Typhoon No. 8 or above is hoisted. Delivery will be rescheduled.

 

-     OZAKKA will not hold any responsibility for any failed deliveries due to the following reasons:

1. Unavailability of recipient at the specified address on the specified date.

2. An incorrect address provided by customers

3. The information of recipients is not sufficient.

4. The telephone no. of recipients is incorrect.

 

** Should any dispute arise,the decision of OZAKKA shall be final.
