【Ingredients】

Sponge cake mix [wheat flour (cereals containing gluten), sugar, emulsifier (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), starch, leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), milk powder, dextrose, salt, preservative (calcium propionate), flavouring (vanilla flavour), colouring substances (tartrazine)].

White chocolate compound [sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), vanilla extract] water, coconut cream [coconut milk extract (coconut meat), water, stablizier (xanthan guar gum, carrageenan)], grated coconut (coconut meat), butter, sugar, egg white, brown sugar, glucose syrup.

Pandan essence [emulsifier propylene glycol), flavouring (pandan flavour)], skimmed milk powder, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt, colouring [solvent (sorbitol), colouring (tartrazine, brilliant blue)].
