- Free delivery on orders with net price of HK$400 (only for a single delivery location)
- OZAKKA orders will be shipped via "SF Express". Please provide a valid delivery address when ordering.
- Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Certain areas do not have delivery service, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Island.
- Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm and process it as soon as possible, package and shipping within 3-5 working days. Generally, you will receive your ordered package you ordered within 3 - 7 working days after order confirmation.
- Delivery dates may vary due to shipping and weather conditions. Final delivery date is subjected to S.F. Express’s schedule.
- In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, delivery services will be suspended and may be delayed or rearranged.
- OZAKKA shall not be responsibility for any direct or indirect losses caused by delivery delays or omissions due to the following circumstances:
- The recipient is not at the delivery address during the confirmed delivery date & time slot.
- The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or contains errors.
- There is no relevant recipient at the provided delivery address.
- The customer did not provide a contact number for the recipient, or the provided phone number is incorrect.
In the event of any disputes, OZAKKA reserves the right to make the final decision.
